Ladies and gentlemen, here are your 2007 Washington Redskins...

Once again, the Redskins blow it big. This time however, it is more likely for the season. Jason Campbell gives us a near replay of last weeks game winning touchdown pass attempt that sealed the win for the Cowgirls, only this time he did it on two consecutive drives.
Redskins defense on the other hand kicked. I think the Bucs had 16 total yards in the second half.
I guess the Redskins are not quite mathmatically eliminated yet, but they are close. This is one of the most frustrating losses I've seen since the Eagles game.
Maybe someday they will stop doing dumb things. 6 turnovers? Please.
Hail anyway, podcast tomorrow.

He has a big monkey to shed off of his back with his penchant for turning the ball over in the red zone lately. Yeah, he had bright spots again, but he's getting my kick this week. Time to step up, and the coaches HAVE to help him (1) Figure out why Defensive Ends keep jumping his snap count and (2) Stop setting receivers up on the right side where they can be poached by the DB's in the red zone.
He's going into start #20 this coming weekend vs Buffalo. Time to step up.

Aaron, you said the Bucs had 16 yards in the 2nd half. That may have been influenced by the offense enaliating the bucs defense, and only giving them 4 possesions.
Lets not get down on Campbell, the coaches didn't help much. 6 turnovers though, that's ridiculous.

Do you realize if they had gone for the field goal then - and you still have the FG in the 4th -- then Campbell doesn't have to be pressured into a "game winning touchdown."
Sigh. We needed this game, and like always we choke to Tampa Bay. I don't call this loss as bad as the Giants one or the Green Bay one or the Eagles one - but this game was NEEDED. It was needed to repair the F ups earlier this season. Instead, we better get our asses in gear and finish .500. So lets battle the Bills and the Bears and try to get the bus to 7-6.
I haven't given up on these guys yet, but Gibbs has. You can just hear it in his voice, especially when he went "well we just have to go home, and hope our crowd can help us win two games."
Sigh.

Snyder needs to get permanently stuck in his private elevator, Gibbs needs to exit stage left, Saunders needs to be put on notice, Campbell needs a blanket party and Greg Williams needs to be coaching this team (unless we can get Cowher). The 'girls fans here in DFW are getting drunk on their success/our failure and it's giving me the hangover.
