For those of you who missed it, or those of you too cheap to pay out the extra dough to get The NFL Network (Me), Washington Redskins Quarterback Casey Bramlet led the Hamburg Sea Devils to victory in World Bowl XV on Saturday. Not only that, but the former quarterback at Wyoming also earned MVP accolades with his FOUR touchdown 347 yard performance.Bramlet's numbers were pretty darn good: 20 of 27 for 347 and 4 strikes, including one on a double-reverse and one on a flea flicker. Yeah, two of his scores were on trick plays but remember that trick plays only suck when they don't work.Bramlet, who came into the league as a 7th rounder in 2004 with The Bengals (insert COPS theme music here), is hoping that this will be the season that he moves up from the Practice Squad to an actual NFL roster, and frankly I think he's got a really good shot at the #3 spot. If Collins or Brunell get CUT! Bramlet could easily find the clipboard in his hands, with Carson Palmer's Brother playing on the practice squad and getting ready for his shot in NFL Europa next year.Congrats to Casey Bramlet, The Yello Strom World Bowl XV (that's 15 for the Cowboys Fans) MVP. Gotta love NFL Europa.Hail!John
